Carshare was identified as a key strategy in Grand Junction's EV Readiness Plan, to help drive equitable adoption of lower-emissions vehicles.

Thanks to the Community Access Enterprise and the Colorado Energy Office, the City was selected to participate in the Community Accelerated Mobility Program with a grant of $56,000.

After a competitive solicitation process, the City selected Felsburg Holt & Ullevig to help us study the feasibility and readiness for EV Carshare.

An important milestone will be the completion of the Needs Assessment, highlighting the potential benefits of Carshare in Grand Junction.

After compiling all of the inputs, FHU will deliver a final plan to the City.
