March 2026 Community Recreation Center Update

The Community Recreation Center is excited to welcome some of the new full-time staff members:

Ali Little, Customer Service Supervisor

  • Ali comes to the CRC team with an extensive background in the Parks and Recreation industry. She has worked for the City of Grand Junction Parks and Recreation department in various capacities for over 20 years. Ali was also previously involved in opening the recreation center in Durango.

Molly Bethe, Aquatics Coordinator

  • Molly joins our team with over 10 years in the aquatics industry, beginning as a lifeguard in high school. She most recently served as the Aquatics Supervisor for the City of Fruita. Molly is excited to activate the five St. Mary's Pools at the CRC!

Liz Hays, Fitness & Adult Coordinator

  • Liz brings over a decade of group fitness experience to the CRC, including five years spent owning and running her own studio. She holds four different certifications that allow her to teach a wide range of classes. Liz is passionate about providing fitness opportunities to all members of our community.

The City posted one additional full-time position in March: Recreation Services Representative.

The CRC is also posting part-time and seasonal positions this month, with work beginning late summer or early fall. These positions include:

  • Manager on-Duty
  • Guest Service Representative
  • Lifeguard
  • Learn to Swim Instructor
  • Fitness Instructor
  • Climbing Wall Attendants
  • Child Watch Aide
  • Custodian
  • And More!
