The Ascent will deliver 144 units of Affordable multifamily rental units through the Non-Competitive 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program, providing housing opportunities for individuals and families earning between 30-70% of Area Median Income, with an income average at or below 58% AMI. As housing affordability continues to be one of the region's greatest challenges, projects like The Ascent are critical to expanding housing options for our workforce, families, seniors, and community members who are increasingly struggling to find attainable housing.
